Flexible PoE Camera Module Designed for Easy OEM Integration

Phoenix is a flexible GigE PoE camera module designed for easy OEM integration. It has a hybrid design between a board-level camera and a regular cased machine vision camera. This design allows it to offer a lot of different form factor options. With a wide selection of sensors from 0.4 MP to 20 MP, 4 lens mounts, 3 camera orientations, 3 interface connector options, and cable extension add-ons, the camera can be adapted for various applications.

Factory Tough IP67 Industrial PoE Camera

The Triton camera is built with industrial grade immunity. Lightweight and compact 29 x 29 mm size. Active sensor alignment for superior optical performance. The Triton’s electronics are housed in a sealed two-piece aluminum case secured by 4 M2 screws. The M12 connector for Ethernet and M8 connector for GPIO provides a robust and sturdy connection resistant to shock and vibration. For even more protection, an optional IP67 lens tube can be attached for dust proof and water resistant operation, eliminating the need for an external case. This PoE camera has a wide operating temperature range from -20°C to 55°C ambient. At only 67 grams and 29 x 29 mm, the Triton is an easy fit for reliable operation in any environment. GigE Vision and GenICam compliant PoE machine vision camera designed for all industrial environments.

5GBASE-T (5Gbps / 600 MB/s) PoE Camera

Atlas is a GigE Vision and GenICam compliant camera capable of 600 MB/s data transfer rates (5Gbps), allowing for high resolutions and frame rates over standard copper Ethernet cables up to 100 meters. It features a TFL lens mount (M35) that is easily adaptable to F-mount along with C-mount models. All models are active sensor aligned during manufacturing for superior optical performance.  The 5Gbase-T (5GigE) Ethernet interface is 5 times faster than Gigabit Ethernet, 50% faster than USB 3.2 Gen 1×1 and works with regular copper Ethernet cabling. Atlas supports Power over Ethernet (PoE) simplifying integration and reducing cost. It also supports large format APS-C image sensors, up to 31.4MP, without the need for large heatsinks or fans. The 5GigE Atlas hits the sweet spot of faster frame rates, small size and excellent price-performance.

The Atlas10 machine vision camera features 10 Gigabit Ethernet with Power over Ethernet (PoE) paired with Sony’s 4th generation Pregius-S CMOS sensors. This allows the Atlas10 to reach faster frame rates at high resolutions over a single cable. The 10GigE interface also allows Pregius-S sensors to run at high bit depths (10/12-bit ADC), helping to maximize image quality while still maintaining smooth frame rates. With the option to reduce the region of interest (ROI), along with binning and decimation options, users can unlock even higher frame rates on the Atlas10.
