LUCID will be exhibiting at ProMat, the leading trade show for material handling and logistics solutions, from March 20-23, 2023 in Chicago, IL, and will be showcasing its latest 3D ToF cameras as well as other machine vision products.

Show Highlight: Helios2 Wide and Helios2+ ToF Cameras
Helios2 Wide integrates Sony’s DepthSense™ IMX556PLR back-illuminated ToF image sensor paired with a wide-angle lens providing a 108º angle-of-view, suited for applications with a close working distance and large area of operation such as full-size palettizing applications. The camera delivers 640 x 480 depth resolution at up to an 8.3 meter working distance and a frame rate of 30 fps.

In addition, we’ll demonstrate the Helios2+ Time-of-Flight camera, which offers two on-camera depth processing modes: High Dynamic Range Mode (HDR) and High-Speed Mode. The HDR Mode combines multiple exposures in the phase domain to provide accurate depth information in high contrast, complex scenes, containing both high and low reflectivity objects. The High-Speed Mode enables depth perception using a single-phase measurement, allowing for faster acquisition speed and higher frame rates compatible with moving object perception.

Triton Camera Featuring Sony’s IMX490 Sensor
The Triton TRI054S featuring the Sony IMX490 (BSI) back-illuminated stacked CMOS sensor allows for simultaneous imaging with 120dB of dynamic range and LED flicker mitigation. With the large 5.4 MP, 2880 x 1860 pixel resolution running at 23.1 fps, this camera enables a wide-angle field of view and high precision recognition in both daytime and nighttime for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and Autonomous Driving. This camera model is also well suited for other applications that demand very high dynamic range (HDR) imaging such as electrical fuse inspection, high contrast medical imaging, Automatic Guided Vehicles (AGV), as well as ITS applications.

Come and see us at ProMat 2023 in Booth #N8527.
