LUCID to Preview Helios™, a Time of Flight Camera Featuring Sony’s DepthSense™ ToF Technology at VISION 2018

LUCID’s Helios ToF 3D camera has four 850nm VCSEL laser diodes and integrates Sony’s new DepthSense™ IMX556PLR back-illuminated ToF image sensor with high NIR sensitivity, 10μm pixel size and high modulation contrast ratio.

LUCID Expands its GigE Vision Triton Camera Series with Sony IMX265, IMX250MZR and IMX250MYR Sensors

The 3.2 MP Triton camera features the 1/1.8” Sony IMX265 global shutter CMOS sensor running at 38 fps. The 5 MP polarization Triton models feature the 2/3” Sony IMX250MZR monochrome and the IMX250MYR color global shutter CMOS sensors running at 24 fps.

LUCID Releases 5 MP Phoenix Polarization Color Camera Featuring Sony IMX250MYR Sensor

LUCID has now integrated the Sony IMX250MYR polarized color sensor into its Phoenix camera family. The 5 MP global shutter sensor with a pixel size of 3.45µm and frame rates of up to 24 fps is based on the popular IMX250 Sony Pregius CMOS color sensor with polarizing filters added to the pixel.
