This lens is suitable for LUCID’s Atlas10 ATX081S-UC featuring Sony’s 8.1MP IMX487 UV sensor. This lens has a transmittance range from UV to visible light (190nm ~ 700nm), making it perfect for inspecting scratches and irregularities on silicon wafers and IC chips. These lenses are versatile and can be used in various fields, including semiconductor manufacturing, research and development, life sciences, and recycling. Please note that the Myutron line of UV lenses features an adjustable narrow focus wavelength ring. This ring must be set to match the wavelength of your light source. This means, for example, that if the lens is focused using 200nm light, it will lose focus if the light source is changed to 210nm.
