Promotional Offer – Free RDMA PoE+ NIC with Triton10 or Atlas10 Camera Purchase

Effective Date:  May 26, 2025
Offer Ends: August 29, 2025, or while supplies last, or at LUCID’s discretion

  1. Promotion Overview

Customers who purchase any of LUCID’s 10GigE Machine Vision Cameras (Triton10 and/or Atlas10) during the promotional period will receive one (1) free LUCID 2-CH 10G/1G RDMA PoE+ Host Channel Adapter (HCA) Network Card (P/N: PCIE-10GPOE2-LUCID) for every 1 to 10 camera units purchased (e.g., 1 free Network Card (NIC) for 1–10 cameras, 2 free NICs for 11–20, and so on).

  1. Eligibility
  • This offer is valid only for purchases of the Triton10 or Atlas10 camera models and variants (color and mono models).
    Eligible models for Triton10: TRX245S, TRX204S, TRX162S, TRX124S, TRX081S, TRX051S. Eligible models for Atlas10: ATX650G, ATX470S, ATX450N, ATX314S, ATX245S, ATX204S, ATX204S-R, ATX162S, ATX124S, ATX081S, ATX081S-UC, ATX051S
  • Customers will receive one (1) free NIC for every 1 to 10 10GigE cameras units purchased. Partial quantities do qualify for additional NICs. For example, a purchase of 15 cameras qualifies for 2 free NICs, a purchase of 21 qualifies for 3 free NICs.
  • Offer applies to new purchases only starting from May 26, 2025. It does not apply to orders placed before May 26, 2025 or backorders.
  • Customers with eligible orders can opt-out by removing the NIC from your shopping cart
  1. Restrictions
  • The promotional NIC is not for resale and is provided “as is” with no warranty beyond that of the manufacturer, if applicable.
  • No cash or credit alternatives will be provided.
  • The offer cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or special pricing agreements.
  • The promotional NIC has no retail or monetary value and may not be exchanged or returned.
  1. How the Offer is Applied
  • This promotion is available for purchases made through either our online webstore or though a sales representative.
  • For online orders, when an eligible 10GigE camera model is added to the shopping cart, the applicable number of free NICs will be automatically added to the cart.
  • For online orders, customers may remove the free NIC(s) from the cart if they do not wish to receive them, but once removed, they will not be re-added automatically.
  • The NIC(s) will appear on their online shopping cart at a value of $0.
  1. Shipping, Taxes, and Duties
  • The free NIC(s) will be shipped with your camera order.
  • The customer is responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, and tariffs related to the shipment.
  • Shipping costs, are borne by the customer unless otherwise specified in writing.
  1. General Terms
  • This promotional offer is valid while supplies last and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.
  • In the event of suspected abuse or violation of these terms, we reserve the right to cancel the promotion or disqualify specific participants at our sole discretion.
  • We reserve the right to substitute the promotional NIC with a product of equivalent or greater value if necessary.
